China Mobile Communications Corporation Completed Company System Reform

China Mobile made an announcement on December 25, according to the company system reform plan of state-owned enterprises, after approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), China Mobile Communications Corporation has completed company system reform and completed registration changing procedure.
The main changes are as follows:
First, the company type has changed from an enterprise owned by the whole people to a wholly state-owned company.
Second, the company name has changed from China Mobile Communications Corporation to China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd.
Third, the existing business, assets, qualifications, credits and debts are all inherited by China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd.
